Digital Services & Downloads

All products and services provided by Apex Rankings LLC—including SEO audits, ranking reports, and eBooks—are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completed SEO audit PDF reports
• Delivered ranking reports
• Downloaded eBooks or learning materials
• Custom or consulting-based SEO advice

No Returns for Digital Goods

Due to the instant nature of digital products:

• We do not accept returns
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of what the product or service includes

Exceptions – Limited Refund Scenarios

We may offer a partial or full refund only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product/service
• You did not receive access to your purchased report or eBook due to a verified technical error on our end
• You contacted us within 5 days of purchase and have not accessed the product
